Boston Apartments Now strives to serve all renters, landlords, property managers, real estate agents, real estate brokers, lawyers, government agencies, and our affiliates by offering only premium services. We enjoy working in this business and work as hard as possible to make everyone's experience with us the highest priority, even above profit. We cannot guarantee any of the apartments that are rented through us, since they are maintained by outside businesses and individuals that may or may not be insured. We place the responsibility in the leasors and leasees hands to ensure a quality living environment. While we do consider safety, comfort, and accessibility while assisting in your apartment search, we are not psychics and cannot guarantee that problems will never arrise with third parties.

We also cannot guarantee the business practices of affiliates and Real Estate companies that we might suggest. Although we know that they have a strong reputation for a high level of customer and client satisfaction, this does not mean we're positive that they will always maintain this status.

Boston Apartments Now is a non-discriminatory equal housing provider. We serve any and all renters, and do so with the highest level of service in the industry. We follow all of the laws, ordinances, and regulation in the industry.

Staff Acknowledgement

Our staff consists of numerous professionals that specialize in many fields. We employ real estate professionals, website designers, photographers, editors, handymen, and real estate attorneys. Each employee has promised in writing that they will maintain our high standard of competence and engage in only fair, honest, and legal business practices.

If any of our staff has caused harm or trouble to you during business, we'll be glad to discuss this unfortunate situation over the phone to determine consequences for this employee. We're fair to our employees and expect fair business dealings in return. We do our best to oversee all deals and transactions, and have never found any inconsistencies that meant harm to a customer.

Liability Consent

By using this site, you're acknowledging that no liability is placed on Boston Apartments Now for the final apartment that you choose to live in. By using this site you also understand that our company is merely an intermediating entity that connects tenant with landlord or property manager, and all liability is placed on the apartment owner or manager.
