Brookline Apartments

Brookline is a gorgeous area of Boston that can be found just west of Metro Boston, and south of Allston. Brookline is home to Coolidge Corner which has a San Francisco & London mixed feel to it. Coolidge corner is known for is small boutique retail stores and wine shops. While there is certainly elderly folks and families present, the population is popular among younger professionals due to it's proximity to the city, it's upscale and trendy vibe, as well as the many nearby undergraduate and graduate schools.

Popular areas in Brookline are Washington Corner, Coolidge Corner, Brookline Village, Cleveland Circle, and Chestnut Hill Park.

Subway Access

Brookline is accessible from three major subway lines off of the Green Line. The Riverway line, Boston College line, and Cleveland Circle all grant access to different parts of Brookline. The subways that runs through Brookline are considerably clean and are very easy to use for traveling. Fairs without a charlie card run $2.00 per trip, and are $1.70 per trip with the charlie card. Monthly passes are also available for $59.00 which is well worth it if traveling everyday or a few times per day.

Also, numerous busses run through Brookline. Perhaps the most popular is the Number 66 (#66) bus that runs from Huntington Avenue in Boston through Brookline and finally to arrive in Harvard Square in Cambridge. This bus route is very convenient for commuters, shoppers, and tourists alike, although it is known to run fairly late during the evening hours.
