Technically it's located in Allston which is north of Brookline and next to Brighton. Near Packards corner are numerous restaurants, bars, pizza joints, shops, and grocery stores. Within a 2 minute walk you'll find a Shaws, Super 88 (Asian Food Store), CVS, Planned Parenthood, Commonwealth Sports Club, and many other stores.

Nearby Colleges & Universities

Boston University is the closest college to Packards Corner. They both are on the B Green Line and BU can be reached within 5 minutes of stepping on the train. Other schools are about a 20 minute subway ride in either direction. Boston College is located further west, and the majority of other schools (Berklee, Northeastern, Emerson, Suffolk, and others) are located east toward the city.
